Please allow processing time of 1-2 business days for express orders and 3-5 business days for flat rate shipping orders to be shipped.
Please allow up to 14 business days during holidays and clearance sale events.

Shipping times may be longer due to the covid-19 pandemic.
All shipments crossing international borders are subject to the assessment of duties and taxes imposed by the importing country’s government. PRETEVA has no control over these charges as they vary between countries. They are your responsibility.
Shipping fees do not cover duties and taxes, shipping fees are paid to the shipping company and duties and taxes are paid to your government.
Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable and return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. PRETEVA does not provide return shipping labels. A handling fee will be assessed on orders that are refused by the customer at the time of delivery or returned due to an “un-deliverable” or incomplete address.
Shipment of 'In-Stock' Items
All in-stock items are ‘ready to ship’ and are dispatched within 1-3 business days of your order being placed. We understand that getting your item to you as soon as possible is of importance to you; this is why we only offer one shipping option via UPS.
Shipment of 'Pre-Order' Items
Any item(s) on pre-order are clearly marked as ‘pre-order’ and require a 2-4 week processing time prior to dispatch. We understand that getting your item to you as soon as possible is of importance to you; this is why we only offer one shipping option via UPS.
Pre-order items have their shipping date in the description.
If your order has a pre-order item, all the items will be shipped together on the dispatch day of the pre-order item. However, If you wish to split up the order, there will be an additional shipping cost or you simply place separate orders – one for the pre-order item(s) and another for the in-stock item(s).
Item Not Delivered?
If you have not yet received your order within the estimated delivery time, please allow an extra 2-3 days because packages may be delayed.
If after contacting the shipping company, (UPS), you still need assistance regarding locating your order feel free to contact us at email@example.com and our representative will be happy to assist you.
OTHER THINGS TO NOTE
- Once an order is dispatched, full tracking details will be made available to you via text and/or email. As we use a tracked and signed service, please ensure a recipient is at the shipping address to sign for and receive your package.
- Customers are responsible for any custom charges applicable for shipments into their home country.
- Shipping prices are applicable to all orders under NGN 50,000. This is to supplement the charges incurred from reputable delivery companies and ensure that your product is delivered to you safely and on time.
- As a special thank you to our customers, free delivery is applicable on all national orders of NGN 50,000 and above and international orders above NGN 130,000.
